I'm in a rut and found this post, decided to start with step #1.
Have a half marathon coming up in November in North Carolina, so not much need to start training for that yet but it's on the radar and need to get back in shape.
Hopefully will have a 10k race- Yakutat Bay to Breakers- in August.
Just completed the Yakutat Wildman 10k Trail Race- awesome fun, need another goal.
Did my first half last October, loved it!
Keeping this fitness/running journal to hold me accountable while I attempt to get back in shape!
June 5th was the Yakutat Wildman- crazy ass, hilly 10k!
Have gone running once on the beach (~2 miles) and once with Lisa on the road ~4 miles since then.
Saturday hiked out to Pike Lakes (~6 miles) at a decent speed.
Sunday off
Monday in the office late working on R/MP
Tuesday RUN 4
